Poor service

Their customer service team will leave one in a worse off state. They will take time to respond to queries and I have found their responses to be dismissive, tone deaf, and unhelpful to say the least. Unfortunately, having gone through the reviews, rude and disrespectful consultants seem t to be a recurring theme. I wonder if that attitude is part of their training, if they receive any.

Fortunately for them, bank employees are forced to be part of this medical aid. This could also explain it all.
