Poor Quality and terrible benefit

I recently move both my wife and myself over to Bankmed last year November and not soon after found out that my wife was pregnant. We had come from Discovery Medical Aid which we had been with for years.<br> <br> I must say Bankmed advertises that they are such a wonderful medical aid but it shows it what they give you. I have had blood tests that I was told was not going to be paid from my medical savings and still it was. We finally received the maternity bag from Bankmed only to find it bare with a few creams and lotions. It is utterly pathetic, for the amount I spend with Bankmed you would expect something better. <br> <br> A friend of ours showed us the bag they had received from Discovery and that is a bag and Discovery goes out of their way to make you feel special and treat you.<br> <br> When I complained and told Bankmed that we received basically an empty bag they said they would replace it but it would basically have the same contents. This is due to them giving us a better quality bag. Which is ******** because I could get a better bag from China mall or off the side of the road.<br> <br> I would go back to Discovery in a heart beat if I could as this is terrible, so much for having a benefit!!
