POOR CUSTOMER'S SERVICE FROM BANKMED AND THEIR I PROFESSIONAL STAFF ODWA

Bankmed is the worst customer service ever, i spoke to an agent who was absolutely *********** and very rude she did not even help me solve my problem and made me hold onto the line plus she threatened to drop the call on my ear. Her name is ODWA, i have **** two complaints with bankmed andy not one response so is this how you treat your woman customers and does you service champions have any training to solves or handle irate customers because from the start of the call till the end ODWA who works for bankmed was rude like she's working for her father's company... How will my problem be solved? My son is not well i can't even take him to doctor because of bankmed negligence. I have emails evidence to show the back and forth and lastly this ODWA lady needs to be dealt with because i might not be the first or last person she has spoken to like this.
