Please pay my contact lens

I suffer from coloboma of the iris os . This results in high amounts of astigmatism and poor vision . My optometrist suggested that i explore the avenue of large diameter RGP lenses but unfortunately you don't wanna pay . I dont understand why you cant pay for this as this is a type of prosthesis.
