Peace of mind for a cancer patient

When I was diagnosed with cancer in July of 2016 I was put on the Advanced Illness Benefit Programme for Oncology and am thankful every day for Bankmed's support. During my struggle, I have had to undergo chemo and have had to have many, many CT scans, ultrasounds, blood tests, x-rays, etc. Through all this, Bankmed Oncology have been there for me 100%.

I can only recall 2 instances where I have had to query accounts which were, in fact, submitted incorrectly by the supplier and which was sorted out by the wonderful people at Bankmed Oncology. Other interactions I have had with them have been with regards to the cancer products I needed or when I have queried a process I need to follow. During all these interactions, I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy, genuine care for my health, friendliness and helpfulness.

My sincere thanks to you, Bankmed, for giving me peace of mind in not having to stress about mounting medical bills, thus allowing me to concentrate on getting my health and life back.
