Paying twice for a service provided
I received an email saying you cannot take the R700 you deposited into my medical savings account because the MSA is funds which are fully allocated for the year and I pay back the money With monthly contributions.
My question is , why were you able to credit my MSA but you unable to take funds out ?
I have R2046.77 from the previous year, which I do not need to pay back through monthly premiums.
I think this is one of the cases of medical aid ***** , where a service provider claimed for same procedure code twice and now Bankmed is Frustrating me as their client about how you recover the funds back instead of dealing with the root cause of the problem.
I really do not see the need for me to take my money and deposit further into bankmed when I pay my monthly premium and Did not ask for you to credit my MSA. If you deposited the funds into my bank account , the case was gonna be different , but you deposited money into my MSA , take it from my MSA.
Submit me for debt review or blacklist me , I will not deposit the R700 back which did not enter my bank account but it is still with bankmed.
It looks like I am overpaying now.I wonder why you would believe the service provider saying the R700 was a co payment when they have provided a procedure code of a consultation and they never told me it was a co payment because I will not have claimed from bankmed.
I think bankmed service with this regard is extreme horrible.
Angry regards
