paying for no service

i joined bankmed in october 2012 the money was R1100 that they where taking in my account monthly without service i had no medical card or anything sent to me i was given a numbrr to use when i want to go to the docter but each an everytime when i used my numbers by the docters it was never accepted soo i had to always end up using cash one day i asked a gentlemeny from bankmed to check for whats gng on with my medical aid he said on his system he can see that thyr receving money from me but am not an active member when i called bankmed they where only able to make me an active member in january 2014 so for almost two years av been controbuting for nothing i called agn on the 8 -02-2016 bankmed referd me to metropoliten to say they are the ones that needs to sort my issue out but they where no help to me.
