Pay more but get less

I would just like to understand how it happens that I'm on a higher plan this year traditional but it seems like Im having endless problems this year regarding the medical. Every time I get a script from my doctors i have to pay at-least R200 of the medication. I get a script yesterday from my doctor the full amount of the medication cost R297 guess how much must i pay R200 they only willing to pay R97. When people told me not to go on the higher plan u get more problems i didn't believe them now i understand what they meant. please do not try and explain about saving and things i understand it perfectly. i just want people to know how useless it is being on the traditional plan at bankmed. i understand that being on the basic is even better then the traditional plan. So as of November i will go right down to basic pay that and never run into issues like this. Highly dissapointed by this
