Pathetic service yet again

I have enquired numerous times to get a claim paid by BANKMED for services rendered in December 2015.<br> <br> In addition to me wasting time with their call centre and re-submitting the claim for payment nothing has been done to date. Their are always excuses and ridiculous responses but the claims are never paid timeously this despite numerous follow-ups and complaints.<br> <br> BANKMED is really putrid. I again have to follow this route to get a satisfactory response. Totally PATHETIC!!
