Pathetic service from Discovery insurance

Worst service received by Discovery, Increased my debit order without notice, then after trying to add my cellphone on my cover, I had to wait 3 weeks and i still had to call for an outcome that is pathetic i would rather take quality then the quantity (Benefits that they have)
