Pathetic Service

This is the most pathetic Medical honestly. The worse part is that we as Bank employees are forced to take this medical aid. Myself and the pharmacist has been on the phone trying to get a script from by birth control approved for 2 days now. I have personally called several times today they say the escalated but I haven't received feedback the entire day. I've been calling and told the same thing. How do you work in that company that you don't have escalation processes. The worst part is that I'm probably complaining for nothing now because I'm sure no one will be able to assist me today anyway.
