Pathetic service delivery

I seriously cannot believe that a pregnant woman has to pay from her own pocket to see the gynae, even though I pay my medical aid without fail. I have never been so appalled to hear that I've run out of funds, WHY?because its a specialist, this does not make sense to me!!!!!!!I am beyond livid, why am I forced to be on this medical aid, I cannot afford to pay for all the gynae appointments, I don't earn that much, this is causing me unnecessary stress. I want out of this medical aid, and I cant even leave because I am forced to take it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
