Pathetic service

You guys are so unprofessional and pathetic .Since Jan we have requested that you add our son to the medical aid , we have filled the forms so many times to date he is still not addedWe have been following up so many times however we hear different stories everytime, how hard is it to add a new member nonsense you guys are pathetic,no one is willing to take charge of this and finalise it once and for all.Everytime we hear different stories and we have been filling forms non-stop now we are told it was cancelled by the system...how pathetic.
