Pathetic service

Filled the application form for my daughter to be added om my medical aid, 26/02/2025 the contract was signed and sent back, unfortunately during May when I took her to the DR she was not added, called them for medical certificate and Amenda said she is not covered and I must sent them the reference number, that I received after sending the contract, I did not receive any she also checked and nothing found on the sent item from them. She said the 90 days passed on not me sending the contract, how did 90dats past while I send the contract the same February, Wednesday09h52, Is it my fault that I did not receive the reference no? My daughter is not covered even to*** , Amanda said I must send new application, for what while they are not doing their job?
