Pathetic service
I’m annoyed by the level of how Bankmed handles adding a new dependent even after doing everything they required and signing everything required they still send me the same email to say there are things outstanding
I am furious right now because I’ve been with this medical aid for years and when I added my 1st I didn’t struggle this much

24 Nov 2025, 12:24Yes I did and I did what was required but you still sending the same communication I never struggled when I had to add my son it’s honestly frustrating I pay so much money for this nonsense not to be solved I’m still getting the same issue even after submitting everything
