Pathetic Service
I battled since January 2016 to get my dependants added on my medical aid. Eventually Bankmed got them loaded. I specified numberous times via e-mail and telephonically to change the inception so that I don't get double deducted. And guess what I found out I am getting double debited in April. Bankmed tells me I need to get my payroll department to change the inception date. The error lies with Bankmed therefore they should fix it. The service since the administration has changed is just getting worse and worse. If I get double deducted in April, I will cancel this medical aid.
