PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

Since I joined Bankmed I have been struggling to get basic stuff out of them. Its been 3 years since I first joined, my first card was only delivered to me last year after 2 years of struggling to get them to send me a membership card. The card that was sent to me had an incorrect surname on it and no matter how much I try to contact the idiots to get them to help me I get absolutely nothing out of them. I requested a new card 2 months ago already. Is it going to take another 2 years for this pathetic medical scheme to give me something I am actually paying for. I hate the fact that I am forced to be on this medical scheme by the bank because you guys are pathetic in everything you do from claims to basic frikken service. Can someone please get back to me urgently!!!
