Pathetic service

I resigned from Bankmed on the 30th of Sep 2014. I received 3 letters in the post from Bankmed stating that my membership fees are outstanding however i resigned on the 30th of Sep already!! I had to phone 3 times to advise them to update their system. They finally captured the resignation on the 17th of February only. The balance in savings is due to be paid out to me, according to the staff member that assisted me its R713.56, but when I resigned the savings was over R5000 and i haven't had any claims on this medical aid since.Your service is absolutely pathetic. Now they have to request a savings breakdown that takes 5 working days. Please escalate to management, My ref is: ***.
