Pathetic consultants and supervisors
My son will be under going an operation in January....Bankmed advised me that the amount that needs to be paid is R560 on the day of admission.(that was the 14th of december 2017...)spoke to the consultant on the 14th at bankmed and she advised that the R560 will be the price for 2018.the consultant did not update any notes on bankmed systems.on the 27th of december i received a letter stating that the fee will be R1500, i then called bankmed again and asked how this is possible, they then advised that they would pull the calls made for that day and get back too me.I spoke to Ebrahiem Sallie he advised that they unable to pull any calls regarding that info he also advised that he will contact me at no later than 2pm on the 27th, i called in at 14:30 and spoke to me and he advised that he had too many calls in the past 30minutes hence he could not call me back...i then asked to be put through to a supervisor.i dealt with Aminah Sallie she advised me that still she cant find the call that was made between me and the consultant and advised she would call back.still no response.I called this morning at 08:38 and spoke to Amina and she advised that her shift just started and still she is unable to locate the call. I asked again to be put through too someone else who is able to assist me, i dealt with Cleo de Buys this morning and she kept to her promise by coming back to me.she advised that she located the call and admitted that the consultant gave me the incorrect info regarding the payment to be made and also advised that the consultant is not there to answer why she gave me the wrong info..... I refuse to pay R1500 when initially the amount to be paid was R560.Cleao de Buys advised that there is nothing they can do......
