Pathetic communication
Bankmed has failed me!!
A hospital authorisation was submitted on the 12 April by my surgeon with a motivation and everything.
Monday the 19th they claim to have sent a PMA request to my GP, i have been in l contact with my GP no form received! I have been calling them to confirm what email it was sent to so that my GP can fill in the form no correspondence from BANKMED side on several follow ups.
Today i recieve a decline due to the outstanding form which they never sent!!!! Is this how you cut costs???
