Pathetic beyond words!!!!! : Claims Dept

<p>I have been struggling to get refunded for my baby's vaccinations for almost two months. Bankmed owes me approximately R3300. Each time I call to follow up, I get told that the matter has been "escalated", then they promise to provide feedback by a certain date, and then I get no feedback. Absolutely pathetic. No customer service at all!!! I have spoken to countless different consultants as well as managers, such as Fadwah, Jeff, Sharon, Rose, Mogamat, Sinazo, Nomfundo, Khaya, Themba, Zweli, Nishaat (not sure about spelling), yet still no progress????? </p>
