Pathetic Bankmed service
I got bankmed medical aid membership unfortunately but not by choice, i went for a test at ampath and they submitted a claim to bankmed, it was rejected for silly reason and bankmed is never ever help you to process your claim, every time you contact them you get a different answer for rejection and this is what i experienced for any claim so far i app**** for, i am seriously fed with up with service. my intention was to give a them a ZERO rating or negative, i insist hello peter to have zero rating for these kind of organisation

22 Jun 2020, 14:01Again they proved, why they don't deserve not even 1 *, I think they don't care about customers and simply drops a standard response to each and every complain you raised as its been almost 2 weeks now and no body contacted me yet and no update on my query raised
