Pathetic Bankmed

Pathetic service and excuses from call center about claims. Claims not paid in full and when ask why not using my savings I was requested to fill in form for early savings transfer, done that and been told to phone again in 10 working days, done that and been told nothing has been done and will be escalated. I have over 20 reference numbers already since the 25th of Jan. Doctors are calling me know and asking when payment will be done, not sure why I'm paying for medical aid.<br> <br> Last ref *** - somebody needs to give me answers or I'm going to the ombudsman.
