Pathetic service received from Bankmed. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nthabiseng in the optometical department. She has a stinking attitude and thinks the world is at her mercy. In fact the consultants there are so pathetic and so *********** that they don't know how to do their job. Fix your staff!!!!
