Patheic Service

I submitted 2 prior complaints regarding a payment that was submitted 06 Jan and has not been paid as yet, 6 weeks later. I called the call centre yesterday at 8:45 and chatted to a consultant who advised me that my claim will not be paid as the nappi codes are missing. I need to get these from the doctor and resubmit. Being so irritated that I had to call and hear this response, I called my doctor and told her I needed the nappi codes. She laughed at me as the nappi codes were on the 3rd column on the invoice. Being annoyed I called back at 9:00 and chatted to Madinieyah and had to explain the entire situation again. She was surprised as she could view the nappi codes on the invoice and said the claim is still in process. Can you believe it, in a matter of 15 mins 2 different agents give you two different views...really what is happening to the back office administration....shocking. The worse part is I asked when will my claim be paid and she said they cannot give a turn around time I will just have to wait. You have got to be joking...even the Government departments have a turn around time and Bankmed does not. What happened to the 2 weeks?? Get your house in order!!!
