Oxygen

<p>I am currently on oxygen and have been using both the portable and home oxygen. I had to get a replacement portable oxygen and after a number of calls to Bankmed, I was advised that there is a limit and they can only purchase one and not both, where as with the previous administrator it was not like that. We were told when Discovery take over everything it will be the same. Discovery paid their portion to Vitalaire and I had to pay the difference. After that I recieved a letter from Bankmed saying that the full amount of the portable oxygen and home oxygen have been approved and when I called Aviva at Bankmed she told me that the admin department just print what ever they want and I must just ignore the letter. I disagree with this and feel like she is not being honest with me. Why would I receive a written letter stating that I have been approved of these services if it was not the case? I want Bankmed to pay me back my portion that I paid for the portable and also to pay for the home oxygen as stated in the letter as I need both and have been using both since 2013 Feb. Please contact me for copy of letter received from Bankmed.</p>
