over charged

I hav been with bank med for +-8years. I m dessapointed @ their service render. I m a diabetic and take my medication with clicks pharmacy. They hav recently made me aware tht banked is taking funds on my saving instead of chronic. I m on leave broke & unable to afford to contact them. I've tried & my airtime is now finished without assistance. I need my injection and frustrated coz I feel they not being fair to me. I don't no what to do coz my funds r not enough & running out of my treatment. Shud I die I held bank med responsible coz of the bad service rendered. I even experiencing headaches bcoz of stress. I m paying them gud every month I don't no y do I deserve such treatment from them. I am desperate & frustrated
