not paying claim

<p>I submitted a claim on 1st Feb. today I was told my claim will only be paid next Wednesday. 3 weeks to pay a claim and bankmed defence? we have 30 days to pay a claim. why do I pay bankmed over r7000 pm. since discovery took over this medical aid is useless. it's time to go back to bestmed. they are cheaper and They pay a claim within 2 days.</p>
