Not All Members reflecting on my medical aid

It pains to write a complain to the Company i hold dearly close to my heart and have grown to know them as efficient. So I will not write a huge paragraph explaining how angry I am for the past 48 hours and how my query is still not resolved and if my 2 children who are not included on my medical aid are still at risk of not getting private health care should they land in hospital. So i will tell you this though, please add my son, daughter and mother in-law on my bankmed medical aid as they were active members before(only mother in law was effective 1 February 2016) , also fix my wife's date of entry to reflect 1 December 2015 not 1 January 2016 as you have it on your system.NB: My wife was called yesterday at 17:00 someone asking for spelling of those dependant's names etc and promised it will be done yesterday . You have until 14:00 PM today as deadline, and if its still not done I will email Patrick Barrett who is in charge of Bankmed operations and Jonathan Broomberg because i don't think people dealing with this case understand the repercussions of the event my kidz are sick or land in hospital only to find that they are not registered.Remember Best Medical Aid by 2018 neh? <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Discovery Health to Bankmed by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
