None existing service

I am really frustrated by the conflicting information that I keep receiving from this service provider.

I have now waited weeks for a simple refund of my savings that is owed to me.

On the 14th October, this service provider send a letter in writing stating that I will have these funds paid into my account today, 19th October. It did not happen.

When I phoned them again and asked what is going on, they advised that I must wait another 72 hours, 3 days.

This is not what was said in the letter.

I require these funds urgently. This service provider does not care what detriment they are causing.

How is this treating customers fairly?

I will never use them as a service provider again, as they clearly do not provide any service.
