<p>A medical decision was made that Mrs EF du Plessis, member number ********** 50, should receive a PEG feeding tube, as a result of the effect Parkinson's is having on her ability to eat and swallow normally. I submitted a request on 10 April 2017, requesting approval for the Fresubin Fibre Powder that she requires. To date myself and Bankmed's Contact Centre agents have run into a steel wall to obtain any feedback in this regard.</p>
