No response on query

On the 3rd June 2015 I sent a query to Bankmed regarding the non-payment of service by Mauff & Partners for my daughter. The date of service on her was the 08th April 2015 for R3669.40. I called the call center and was advised that the doctor should send a motivation letter to say why the examination was required.<br> <br> The doctor advised me that she submitted the letter to Bankmed on 29th May 2015 and up till now no response was received to my e-mail dated 3rd June 2015.<br> <br> Please advise of progress as the supplier wants money from me. (R3669.40).<br> <br> Regards
