NO response from Bankmed

Good day

My husband, Mr V J Singh needs to be admitted on Wednesday, 9 December 2015 for a dental procedure. I phoned on 2 December 2015 for hospital pre-authorisation when I was asked to e-mail the quotation received from the doctor for the dental department to review. The person that I spoke to indicated that this request would be escalated. I have to date not received any authorisation for this request. I called this morning again and the person I spoke to indicated that I would get a response by 12:00 today. I have still not received a response. I am currently on the line with Bankmed again for the past 15 minutes and no one can give me an answer - Client Services puts me through to Pre-authorisation and then they tell me they need to check with Client Services again.

I find this very frustrating & unprofessional -

Regards,
Arisha
Main member
