No membership cards or pack

As with BMW123, I received an SMS to pick up my new Bankmed pack at Absa Towers North (sometime in November with the mass campaign). I duly went there only to find out that the consultants did not have my details at all. The consultant took my details and assured me that I would receive everything within 48 hours.<br> After MANY calls to the Bankmed call centre, I still do not have my pack. I know their voices instantly now! I was promised that it had been sent to the Escalations department and a representative promised to call me on 22 December 2015 to have my pack personally delivered to me as I do not make use of snail mail at all (and non-delivery issues I have experienced with the postal service). It's a week later and I am still waiting.<br> Not only that, but the data that Discovery received had the incorrect employer listed. This does not bode well for the quality of service we are going to receive from Discovery in 2016. UNFORTUNATELY
