NO HELP FROM BANKMED!!!!

I've been trying to get authorization for a specialist for the whole day. I've sent emails to *** however it comes back undelivered. I've sent emails to the following also; *** and ***. all these emails return undelivered. I've been trying to call the call center this afternoon and on all occasions the call get disconnected. I have an appointment with a Pulmonologist on Thursday can I please get assistance, I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND REALLY DON'T NEED THIS ESPECIALLY WHILE I AM SICK. ***)
