No Feedbank/response to e-mails
*** - My debit order is normally debited to my account on the last day of every month. For some inexplicable reason, my account was debited on the 25th January 2016, resulting in my account becoming overdrawn. I queried this telephonically and via 2 e-mails, but to date I have received no reply. On Friday I did receive a call from Bankmed asking me to what date I would like to change my d/o ??? Only then I found out that the d/o dates had been changed!!! I then opted for the 1st of every month, as apparently you can't process on the last day of the month! A subsequent e-mail confirmed that my d/o date was changed from the 25th to the 1st, but only from 01 April 2016.
So my queries are:
1) Why were we not informed that the debit order dates had changed?
2) As a result, my account in January was overdrawn, when are you going to refund me the overdraft changes?
3) Why is there no response to my e-mails?
4) Will the debit order again be processed on the 25th of Feb, resulting in my a/c again overdrawing? What are you going to do about this?

I\m hoping that I will get a response to this query, but it's a sad day that I have to rely on HelloPeter to get an explanation!!!"
