No feedback for 2years

I am former employee of a bank, I joined Bankmed in November 2012. My last day as an employee of a Bank was on 28 February 2013 and I payed the last instalment for my medical aid on 20th February. My account was then debited R1034 on 22 April 2013 even though i was no longer on bankmed. I would like to be refunded, cause I was told the last time I should pay bankmed will be on the 20th of February. It's been 2 years and I haven't received feedback. <br>
