No accountability
I've been sent from pillar to post by consultance at bankmed and their affiliated companies requesting my tax certificate. Kay and Meek reassured me they will assist me after I was sent the wrong document initially that was last Friday already. I'm still waiting while SARS might penalise me for their delay and incompetence. I've been calling them daily to resolve this issue and I'm still without my requested document.

24 Aug 2022, 11:027 days later still no resolution, no one has contacted me, I still don't have my tax certificate. I called again last Friday and was told this would be resolved I guess they we just doing lip service. So frustrated and disappointed... Where are your offices I need to come in .
