New born baby application

I have sent my application form on the email address that was on the form on the 1st of september, But still no response from them. I sent another email to enquiries to ask how long it will take still. Coz I have prescriptions for the baby that I need soon. I dont understand why cant we get immediate covers for new borns. I called your call center to day and I ask how long, the lady said she can only see the email I sent to enquiries. I would like to get a call not an automated response. I need the child to be added I pay a lot and I think we deserve the best service.
