My son was admitted to the hospital and it an emergency and they had to do scanner to check his kidneys and I had to pay upfront R3800 which I did and I had to claim it from medical aid and they did not pay that's number 1 Number my other son was playing a game and he got injured and he was taken by the ambulance to the hospital because it was emergency again so no money was paid upfront for him however the hospital send the bill to the medical for scanner that was done to check his neck and spinal cord medical aid again didn't pay and it was amount to R6700 okay asked why they told me a lot of stories and I'm still paying the hospital even now and struggling Number 3 I just recently got injured on my leg so they to do xray and sona to different things again medical aid did not pay the R1029, so I'm going back to the hospital on Wednesday the 4th to see the specialist and was approved however the hospital want R1030 again upfront which I need to claim back and I it will be a problem again, So need help from hello Peter because I wanted to lay a complaint before to board I didn't know how, what I need is not an apology but refund because I feel I have been ****med by this medical aid. I cannot pay so much and I don't get help for hospital bill but doctors only. I need my money back
