My son not added as a depandent

I requested my son to be added as a dependant on my medical aid, however it was'nt done because someone was lazy to capture my application. i sent through emails but still nothing was done. This medical aid is not helping me with anything. i am very unhappy about the service and the people there don't care about no one, when you're enquirying they transfer you from one person to another
