My life is in danger

My doctor sent application for chronic registration on the 12 April 2021 and still has not been registered. I called BANKMED on tuesday 4th may to check what's wrong because I could not get medication from pharmacy, and been taken from agent to another until they told me that they will call me back. I called again on Wednesday because I didn't received any call from them and again was taken from pillar to post and again promised to be called before end of that day. Called them again Thursday and still never bn assisted and promised to be called again. Yooh I have never seen such a horrible service in my entire life. Am sitting here without medication but am paying for this useless medical aid. Imagine am struggling with blood clots that can kill me anytime while am paying for an expensive option of medical aid that doesn't are about my wellbeing.
