MSA refund nightmare
It has been over 2 weeks now and I am yet to get my savings paid to my account. I canceled my membership in Aug 2020 and requested to hsbe my savings paid into my account. This is as a result of someone who didn't follow my instruction and I must suffer. Totally disgusting. All you get is "it has been escalated to our finance department and it takes 3 working day".
