MRI Not Covered

I am utterly disappointed and angry with bankmed. I was taken to casualty on 11/11/2025 because of severe back pain. Xrays showed advance narrowing of a disc in my spine. Was that not a good enough reason to be admitted and have the MRI done? Instead, I get a referral for MRI and am expected to cough up R16500-R18000 because of no out of hospital benefits whereas I was at the hospital, should I not have been admitted then? Must I become paralyzed first? I have NO faith in Bankmed anymore
