Mr A Venter

I Andries Venter am a bankmed member membership number *** traditional plan On 02-08-2022 my wife J J Venter visited Dr C dos Santos for a consultation.Dr dos Santos conultation fee was R1200.00 which i paid in cash. I submiitted a claim to bankmed for the refund reference nr.*** on 02-8-2022.

My claim was not paid by bankmed the reason being Code13 which reads ''We have not paidthis amount as you have reached you yearly limit. On 18-8-2022 I received a claim statement which stated that an amount of R3435.00is still available for the remainderof the year for Gp/Spec consultations.

I made various calls to bankmed to solve this problem but to no avail. Would you kindly assist me in this matter.
