Most terrible is bankmed

The worse experience i have ever had with bankmed, Was informed that the medical aid will pay for a procedure and after the procedure I received a statement from the medical aid stating I must pay the dr as there was a shortfall.....the medical aid then tells me the dr is not contracted however this information was never told when I called for authorization And previously when I went for the same procedure to the same dr it was paid with no issues ....
