MONEY SUCKING, USELESS MEDICAL AID

I went to my optometrist which is under carecross on the 27.06.2015, did my eye test & chose a frame that cost R700,as I know Bankmed doesnt pay for contact lenses.So today he calls me to inform me that my medical aid will only cover the eye test R400, lenses ONLY R300 & for the frame I qualify for R150 which is the admin fee. Highly fuming as this has never happened before,I called Bankmed spoke to Siphiwe who was as useless as Charlene who claimed to be the supervisor.Siphiwe and Charlene gave me some useless breakdown according to my claim when I simply asked what they cover under OPTOMETRY. according to the Bankmed brochure-Basic option I quote\33 OPTOMETRY CONSULTATIONS
