Money missing from Savings Balance
<p>I have been trying since the beginning of January to get answers as to why there is approx R1600 missing from my Savings Account when there was no claim made. I have spoken to numerous people and I get promised the earth and do not hear from them again. Lastly I received an email saying they apologise for the error and that my blance has been rectified. The figures they quote is still missing the amount I queried. I have reported this matter as *****.</p>

We can confirm that there was an error with the Savings account balance on our claims statement in 2016, the error has been rectified and the corrected statement was sent to you via email.
