Mission getiing our membership card after 5month from medical aid

<p>We have joined Bankmed in Nov 2016, we were informed that 6weeks later we would receive our membership cards. It is now 5 months later and still no membership card. What happens should i end up in a accident and they go through my wallet and no medical aid card ??????? See what I do should i end up in a government hospital or any of my loved ones. </p>
