Misrepresentations & False Advertising

I trust all are well.

Kindly advise on feedback regarding complaint below dated 4th of February 2021

Complaint was brought to Bankmeds staff regarding misinterpretations and false advertising on their website which has resulted in medical distress for over 5 months now and still no proper response or resolution just the run around from Bankmed senior staff and agents.

I have lodged a formal complaint and await a response why is it that no one is willing to handle to complaint from Bankmed I keep getting false promises on call backs but not a single call since last communication below.

Note to Bankmed - What qualifies as false advertising? False advertising is described as the crime or misconduct of publishing, transmitting, or otherwise publicly circulating an adverti*****t containing a false, misleading, or deceptive statement, made intentionally or recklessly to promote the sale of property, goods, or services to the public.

Do the right thing.
